CNC MILL MACHINIST!

Seasoned machinists to produce part from blueprint to specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Job shop experience
• Ability to edit and program from controls and highly preferred experience writing programs using Surfcam or Mastercam
• Must have own machinist tools including mics & caliper and gauge blocks
• Read Blueprints
• Must hold tolerances of +/- .001 to .0005
• Must understand machining symbols and speeds and feeds
• Must be able to choose appropriate tooling to perform turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, milling boring and key cutting
• Experience operating cranes

Wide range of materials experience including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel, Weldments and Tool Steel

Mitsubishi and Makino Mills with Fanuc controls SurfCam & Mastercam 1/4″ to 160″ part size
