3 Day Weekend – 4 Day Work Schedule (10 hour days)

We are an innovative manufacturer with over 75 years of experience, looking to hire Experienced and Entry-Level CNC Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts
to join our team.

Entry-level positions require just 3 months of CNC experience, and we are willing to provide training.

Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour days)

2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 1:30am (Monday – Thursday)

3rd Shift: 6:00pm – 4:30am (Sunday – Wednesday)

Overtime: Voluntary OT on Fridays and Saturdays

Pay Range: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, plus bonuses (Based on Experience)

The ideal candidates:

Entry-level positions require just 3 months of CNC experience, and we are willing to provide training.

Experienced positions require 2 – 5 years of CNC experience.

Swiss CNC Experience is a huge plus. 

Typical day-to-day duties include the following:

• Read and understand blueprints for production parts.
• Follow Work Instructions and procedures to machine parts
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Inspect parts coming off the machine for quality.
• Complete detailed paperwork-Maintain production output.
• Demonstrate the ability to work safely and efficiently.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet customer needs as well as safety standards.
