What You’ll Do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, payment runs, customer billing, and cash receipts.
• Perform three-way invoice matching and resolve vendor and customer account discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate transaction coding.
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and prepaid expense amortization.
• Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
• Partner with the CFO to improve workflows, document procedures, and strengthen accounting controls.
• Assist with audit preparation and future cost accounting initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Five or more years of accounting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing and accrual accounting experience preferred.
