Construction Estimator!

You will be responsible for preparing bids for construction and demolition projects. You will analyze project plans, scope or work, and determine labor, materials, and equipment costs.

DESCRIPTION:

• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Prepare estimates.
• Evaluate quotes from subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Analyze cost of labor, materials, equipment and overhead.
• Work with Project Mangers and field teams to ensure the project is completed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and clients.
• Site visits.
• Help grow the company by bringing in new business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with construction and/or demolition estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proficiency with estimating software.
• Excellent math, analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
