PPS Trades is seeking an experienced Boiler Technician to join a well-established, family-owned and operated Plumbing/HVAC company in Bedford Heights, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong residential and commercial boiler experience and be comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and installing steam and hot water boiler systems. This is a hands-on position for a technician who takes pride in doing quality work and wants to continue developing their skills.

[What You’ll Do]

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential steam and hot water boilers.
• Perform service and repair work on a variety of residential and commercial boiler systems.
• Respond to and troubleshoot “No Heat” boiler service calls.
• Diagnose mechanical and system issues and determine the appropriate repair.
• Perform cast iron boiler section assembly and related installation work.
• Complete installations and repairs according to applicable Plumbing/HVAC codes and company standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers while providing quality service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.

[What We’re Looking For]

• Prior residential and commercial boiler experience.
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable Plumbing/HVAC codes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve boiler-related heating issues.
• Experience working with steam and hot water boiler systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality workmanship.
