Project Manager – Electronic Interconnect Products
Full-Time | Onsite 

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain projects from concept to completion? Join our growing team and take charge of high-impact projects that push the boundaries of electronic interconnect technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage projects across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality from start to finish.
• Develop and track project plans, budgets, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and sales to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct and facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping, and root cause investigations.
• Work directly with customers and vendors to manage deliverables and expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Provide status reports and progress updates to leadership.
• Ensure all projects meet cost, timing, and quality standards.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• PMP Certification required.
• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives, Kaizen events, and process improvements.
• 4+ years in project management, production, quality, or product engineering.
• Strong background in mechanical or electrical product design preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and SolidWorks.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or Visio is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and drive projects forward.
