We’re looking for a Press Line Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot a large-format steel rule die press in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and run press lines to meet production goals
• Load bulk rolls and install/remove steel rule dies
• Perform quality checks and ensure defect-free parts
• Palletize and package products to company standards
• Maintain safety and efficiency in daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in die-cutting or manufacturing a plus
• Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
• Tow motor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. (with assist over 50 lbs.)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
