MANUAL MACHINIST!

1ST SHIFT

$24.00-$26.00 TO START.

You will be responsible for the manual machining of parts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Individual will perform manual machining operations of special and low volume production parts.

• Job involves additional manufacturing activities such as brazing and some light assembly.

• Some final testing of produced components may be required.

• Must work off prints and follow QA work/assembly/manufacturing instructions from computer tablet.

• Read and interpret sketches work/assembly instructions, parts lists, processes and procedures.

• Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Experience on conventional lathes and mills.

• Must be “hands on”, mechanically and technically inclined.

• Must possess “attention to detail” skills.

• Must be able to read and interpret Blueprints. 

• Some computer skills required.

• Soldering/ Brazing experience strongly desired.

• Ability to stand 8 – 10 hours per day.

• Must have good time management skills and be a self-starter.
