MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Hours 6:30 – 5 Monday – Thursday,

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities for the following machines:

Cold Heading and Screw Machines

-Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive       maintenance requirements such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
-Trouble shoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
-Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical/electrical devices in operation.
-Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance     techniques; monitoring compliance
-Fabricates repair parts by using shop equipment
