We are seeking a skilled industrial electrician with experience in a machine-building environment. The Machine Electrician is responsible for the installation of various high and low-voltage electrical systems and components on custom industrial machinery. Building, wiring, and installation of electrical panels and various types of conduits.

• Interpreting and reviewing electrical schematics
  • Understanding electrical schematics and symbols
  • Reviewing schematics and making corrections
• Installation of various types of wiring and control systems on machinery
  • Control wiring systems
  • High voltage systems
  • Panel building
  • Installation of various types of conduit (Cut and threaded rigid conduit, Seal tight, Flexible plastic)
  • Various electrical components (motors, switches, drives, relays, PLC components etc.)
  • Mounting of control cabinets, junction boxes, and wiring blocks
  • Building of electrical panels (install components, run control, and high voltage wiring)
• Work alongside engineers and fellow technicians
  • Communicate with engineering to make all print corrections
  • Work with fellow shop technicians
  • Startup and troubleshoot alongside service technicians and control engineers
