HVAC Estimator 

Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking to transition into an estimating role? We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HVAC Estimator to join our team! This is a temp-to-hire position offering $50,000 annually plus benefits (negotiable based on experience).

About the Role:

As an HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and assisting with bid proposals. Your expertise in HVAC systems will be essential in ensuring accurate and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project blueprints, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and equipment
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and technicians to ensure estimates align with job requirements
• Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to prepare competitive bids
• Assist in developing proposals and contracts for potential clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC industry trends, products, and pricing

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior HVAC experience is required—either as a technician or in a related role such as service manager, procurement specialist, or customer service within the HVAC industry
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Proficiency in estimating software or Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
