  • Manage and/or create employee job descriptions.
  • Manage recruiting efforts.
  • Manage employment processes, including hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, promotion, transfer, performance evaluations, discipline & corrective action, termination, and exit.
  • Manage compensation and administer benefits.
  • Create and distribute employee communications.
  • Promote employee retention.
  • Work closely with other managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local human resources regulations and programs.


  • Microsoft Office Software to include Word, Excel, Outlook; Paychex.
  • Able to quickly recall information and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to think and act independently with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
