1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday- Friday
Keep office areas and common areas (lobbies, restrooms, lunchrooms, kitchen areas, conference rooms, etc.) in a clean and orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform duties associated with basic cleaning, including:
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming of hallways, stairs, and office space,
- Emptying wastebaskets and garbage containers,
- Waxing and polishing floors,
- Cleaning rugs and carpets,
- Dusting furniture,
- Light washing of walls, windows, door panels and sills,
- Cleaning of bathrooms,
- Replacing bathroom supplies,
- Cleaning kitchen areas.
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
- Empty bins and transport recyclable aluminum cans to storage area.
- Move furniture when required.
- Repair and regular maintenance of minor lighting (i.e. changing light bulbs), and plumbing.
- Notify Housekeeping Lead when cleaning supplies are low; notify Facilities Supervisor when the need for major repairs or additions to heating and ventilating equipment may be needed.
- Abide by all Safety, Health, and Company rules, including usage of appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
