We are a machinery manufacturing company, specializing in heat-transferring units! We are looking to add a dedicated and passionate Facilities maintenance to our world-class team, right here in Northeast Ohio.

Job Description:

• Removing trash and recyclables from the shop with a fork truck if needed. Organize recyclables.
• Able to use general hand tools and power tools for facility maintenance minor repairs/ cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Plumbing leaks, painting, minor electrical repairs, sidewalk clearing, and salting in winter.
• Pick up and or deliveries to and from vendors with a box truck or van.
• Keeping the outside of the building tidy and clear of debris.
• Generally just overall facility maintenance or wherever needed.
• Forklift experience a plus.
