• An “EXPERIENCED “ Construction “ PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT “ for the GENERAL CONTRACTOR, to LEAD the ONSITE Management & Coordination of the SUB-CONTRACTORS WORK.
• ALL Work is SUB-CONTRACTED, No Work to be SELF-PERFORMED !
• A NEW, Ground-UP, Pre-Engineered Steel, 35,000 sf Building.
• Sitework; Utilities; Storm Water Retention Pond; Structural Steel; Siding; Heavy-Duty & Regular Duty Concrete Paving; Asphalt Paving;
• On-Site Coordination of ALL Work & INSTALLATIONS.
• Work Closely ,with YOUR Assigned Main Office Project Manager, and the Building Owners Representatives.
• Daily Reports.

[Requirements ]

• EXPERIENCE Coordinating Site, General, Mechanical & Electrical Trade SUB-Contractors !!!!
• Ability to Read Drawings & Interpret Specifications.
• Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Not a lot of Computer Work **BUT** MUST Have Computer Skills to Send & Receive Coherent E-Mails.
• You will be “ DRIVING THE BUS “ for the Entire Project, MUST LOOK & ACT the PART !!
• Professional “FIELD CONSTRUCTION “ Appearance, Speech & Behavior !
• Proper FIELD Construction Clothing, NO tank Tops, Shorts etc.
• MUST Pass Drug Test !
