SUMMARY

Prepares complete and accurate billing information for timely invoicing to customers.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviews and understands all client contracts and procedures and special requirements.
  •  
  • Receives all relevant contractor invoices and determines accuracy, completeness and conformity to existing standards.
  •  
  • Reviews all relevant edits and resolves quickly.
  •  
  • Reports to the CFO or Director of Operations, any recurring problems with existing contractors so that these problems might be addressed in a timely manner.
  •  
  • Matches received invoices with outstanding work orders and compares information from both for complete agreement.
  •  
  • Ensures that work orders have the appropriate documentation verifying satisfactory completion of the service.
  •  
  • Aggressively seeks rapid resolution when contractual invoicing rates and policies have not been strictly adhered to.
  •  
  • Attends all department meetings and contributes whenever possible.
  •  
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude in order to assure good relations with all parties, internal and external.
  •  
  • Actively seeks methods to improve the departmental efficiency and profitability and assists in other areas whenever possible.
  •  
  • Pursues educational options which may periodically arise that will positively impact the performance of the duties herein, and as agreed to by the CFO.
  •  
  • Assists other areas of Accounting as may be required.
  •  
  • Timely disposition of all work orders contained in the completed but not invoiced file in a timely manner.
  •  
  • Performs any other related duties which might from time to time be assigned by management.
  •  
  • Participates in annual audit preparation.
  •  
  • Maintains a regular and punctual attendance record.
  •  
  • Adheres to all policies set forth in CLS Personnel Policies Handbook.
  •
