Looking for an administrative assistant who has worked in an HR environment before or has solid admin experience and very good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task? This would be an onsite position Monday-Friday.
IMMEDIATE NEED: Administrative Support for HR
(HR exp preferred but not an absolute requirement)
Hours are 8:30 – 5:00pm
AT LEAST 1 + year in Human Resources position and experience with ADP
– pre-hire process for applicants
– onboarding process for new employees
– Must be computer savvy
Software: Office 365 and if they have experience with “Greenhouse” their “ATS” (Applicant Tracking System) that is a plus
This is not a client facing role. The candidate is not required to answer phones. This role is in place to assist with the pre-hire and onboarding process mainly with data entry and filing/documentation.
Will be working with physical and electronic files.
Basic Characteristics: Professional demeanor, independent worker, but supportive with team, detailed oriented, empathy with patients (if need be), diligent and hardworking.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and operating all office equipment
- Performing word processing, data entry, and filing according to standards
- Completing assigned work in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner
- Being detail oriented and meticulous with applicant and new employee paperwork
- Able to work under deadlines/time constraints to complete necessary documentation.
- Administering drug tests,
- Completing background checks,
- Assisting with and submitting tax forms, payment/banking information and all other required documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Two (2) years + of Human Resources experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in ADP is HUGE
- Must have excellent organization and communication skills (both verbal and written)
