ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
$22.00-$25.00
You will primarily be responsible for daily communication with customers, scheduling, quoting and customer order entry.
You would be spending your 1st 90 days working with all office personnel to participate in our current initiative to Cross Train in other areas of the office.
Prior experience in Manufacturing preferred.
DESCRIPTION:
- Internal customer sales.
- Provides daily schedules to the plant manager and supervisor.
- Customer order entry to include coordinating customer revisions, updates, and communicating lead time to customers.
- Ongoing communication and proactive follow up with customers.
- Work daily with the Database to notate customer specific requests.
- Quoting that includes updates to customers with final costs.
- Order entry that includes coordination with the receipt of an order and then the receipt of material.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to effectively work and collaborate with customers, plant and office personnel, and management to include the Vice President of Sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently, ability to multi-task.

- Expected to identify upcoming tasks or tasks that are outstanding from the previous day, and communicate these tasks with the office personnel to assist in implementation manager to implement
- Engage in daily organized record keeping
