Construction Cost Management Coordinator

National leading provider of general contracting and project management services for commercial build-outs, project rollouts, renovations and retrofits is currently seeking a Cost Management Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our growing team.
[Duties ]
- Set up projects and managing of each project from when it comes from Client until bid and or all subs are found if awarded
- Finding & tracking qualified subcontractors that have experience with similar projects
- Uploading drawings into blue beam so Estimator can perform take-offs, submitting RFI’s, and submitting bid forms, etc..
[Requirements ]
- Be able to read blueprints
- Prior experience working in an office support position for a construction company
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs & Construction Management software
[Details ]
- $55k – $60k depending on experience
- 401k, profit sharing, health, dental, vision, life, PTO, referral bonuses, and early leave during Summer on Fridays
- Mon-Fri | 8am – 5pm
